Precast fence bordering multi-use complex satisfies multiple demands

Visible from Ventura Boulevard is a precast barrier in Mesa Buff, Calif., that stands as a vivid example of Artisan Precast's specialty fencing solution — combining the appearance of natural hand-laid ledge stone and crafted wood in a single structure. The large barrier fence was constructed between Avalon Encino luxury multi-use complex and the adjacent home lots and car wash to provide privacy for homeowners, plus a sound buffer against the busy thoroughfare. To that end, the Avalon Encino project partnered Los Angeles-based Artisan Precast with Avalon Bay Construction to erect a barrier comprising 530 feet of 6-ft.
