Oldcastle Ceo Mark Towe

Effective this month, Mark Towe has replaced Tom Hill as chief executive of Oldcastle, the North American business of Dublin-based CRH Plc. The resignation of Hill, who was CRH's most seasoned senior manager this side of the Atlantic, was announced in late June concurrent with his departure from the CRH board. Prior to his elevation, Towe had served for two years as Oldcastle Materials chief executive, a post from which Hill had been elevated.
