Veri-Tek delivers 50-ton boom truck

Having successfully completed field trials and customer acceptance tests this spring, Veri-Tek International, Corp. announced last month the first shipments by its Lifting Equipment segment of a 50-ton boom truck. The first such vehicle available on a commercial chassis, the company contends, the unveiling establishes Veri-Tek's Lifting Equipment segment, Manitex Inc., as the sole manufacturer to serve that tonnage range.
